Designed to help people with a recent
diagnosis of cancer prepare for, and
cope better with their treatment

Prehab4Cancer and Recovery Programme is a free exercise, nutrition, and wellbeing scheme in Greater Manchester.

I was approached by the founders of the program, they needed a complete brand identity and a foundation to launch this initiative.

The first thing I did was attend a patient focus group where I created a mural with all the information about what mattered to the patients.

I took that away and started working on developing this brand. Going through several feedback sessions with patients, program leaders, and specialists in this area. I pitched this brand to the Director of The Christie research centre, and I delivered a brand package including brand guidelines for them to launch this brand. Later going on to design and build their website too.

The Launch

This event was one of the most important events in the Trusts calendar and an event I was proud to support. Prehab was the first patient-led cancer initiative and was shortlisted for a Macmillan award, and a Patients’ Choice award to celebrate all the outstanding work taking place within cancer services across Greater Manchester,
